Bible Passages for Times of Crisis

It has been nearly three years since I faced the most challenging moment of my life when I was grappling with depression. The experience was overwhelming, and I was struggling with suicidal thoughts. In case you missed my previous post where I shared my struggles, I encourage you to read it to understand the depth of my pain and how I overcame it.

Today, I am starting a multi-part series called “Bible Passages for Times of Crisis,” where I hope to share some biblical truths that have helped me during my tough times. My hope is that they will be a source of comfort and support for you when you face crises and difficult moments.

In times of crisis, it is easy to feel lost and helpless, and it is natural to turn to something that gives us hope and guidance. The Bible is a powerful source of inspiration, and it is full of stories of individuals who overcame their struggles through faith and perseverance. Through this series, I aim to share some of these stories and the lessons we can learn from them. So, let us embark on this journey together and find strength in the words of the Bible.
