Hello! Thank you for stumbling upon my Digital Art Gallery. My name is Jackie and I suffer from Depression and Separation Anxiety. Writing in my blog is an outlet for me however another major contributor to my regimen is digital art. Living with depression and separation anxiety can often feel like navigating through a labyrinth in the dark. The emotions are intense, often overwhelming, and it can be challenging to articulate these experiences in words. That’s where my art steps in. It’s my refuge, my voice, my therapy. In the swirl of colors, lines, and shapes, I find a unique way to express what I’m going through, a way to make sense of the turmoil within.
Each piece of art here represents a fragment of my journey, a snapshot of my emotions at a particular moment. Some of these drawings might reflect the shadow of my struggles, while others beam the light of resilience and hope.
I hope my art speaks to you, offers comfort, or even helps you understand the complex world of mental health better.
